      1. A handful with frozen forest fruits mix, a half of banana and 5 spoons with yogurt. All of them must be blended( If you wish you can add some honey). When everything is blended put some raw nuts, fruits, oatmeal or chia pudding(like in this case). Thats it. Bon apetit! 😊
